Where do I get the W form to fill out?

Within 24-48 hours of your Payoneer account approval, you will receive an email with a link to an online wizard. This wizard will help you submit the correct 'W' form. For help with the online questions, you can visit the IRS website or consult a tax advisor. After submitting your tax forms, you can access them via the 'Activity' menu in your Payoneer account. Go to My Account -> Activity -> Tax Form
