How do I update my tax forms if my tax information changes?

You should submit a new form in any of these situations:

1. Your legal name changes, such as due to marriage or incorporation.
2. You move to a different country.
3. Your business's Tax Identification Number (TIN) changes from a Social Security Number (SSN) to an Employer Identification Number (EIN).
