Can I track my sales online?

You can easily view your product sales in the 'My Reports' section of your Minted Artist Dashboard. Here's how:

1. Log into your Minted account and navigate to your Artist Dashboard.
2. Click on 'Reports' in the upper-right corner.
3. From there, you can view detailed sales information:
   • Timeframe: View sales by week or month.
   • Product details: Performance of individual products.
   • Geographic insights: Learn where your customers are with 'Sales by Geography'.
   • Performance metrics: Compare sales against challenge scores in 'Sales & Scores by Product'.
   • Download report: You can also easily download a sales report for any period. Update 12/27/23: This functionality is currently disabled.
4. You can track sales under 'Sales & Scores By Product' for self-launched pieces. The 'Category' column differentiates between challenge winners and self-launched items labeled as MGA (general self-launched art) or MKA (children's self-launched art).

Some points to keep in mind:

• Order count vs. quantity: The dashboard tracks the number of orders, not the total quantity of items per order. (This might cause discrepancies if you're expecting figures to reflect the total items sold.)
• Date range specifics: The online report aligns with the start of the week, not the calendar month. A report for a particular month might include the last few days of the previous month.
