Deactivating a Product

If you would like to deactivate a product, please do the following: 

• Zero out your product’s stock by changing the stock quantity to 0.
• Reach out to the Minted team at [e-mail] to let us know, and we’ll remove the product from our category pages.
• Note:Your inventory will update automatically when you have a sale. If a product sells out on our site, you don’t need to take these steps. Use this process for reasons like:

• “I decided I no longer want to sell this item”
• “I no longer want this product to be visible in my storefront or on category pages”
• “I no longer wish to sell any product through Minted”

Navigate to "My Inventory" --> "Offer List"

1. Locate the specific offers you want to change and edit the stock quantity to 0. 
2. Please make sure to click "confirm" at the bottom of the page to save.
