Pending Review and Time to Publish

Pending is the status your product will be in once submitted though not yet reviewed by the Minted DFA team. The review process and general timelines are explained below:

For New Pending Products with Valid Data

If your product includes valid data, the correct category, an offer, and all required images, you can expect your product to be accepted in 1-2 business days. During this time our team reviews all uploaded images, product titles, descriptions, product attributes, price, and stock quantity.

Once your product has been “Accepted” in Mirakl, you will see the status change to “Published”. Then it will take 3-5 business days for the product to appear on Minted.com. 

For products with invalid data, or if changes are needed, it will take longer than the timeline described above to get products launched onsite.

Below is a key that will help you know what action is needed based on the product status:

Pending Verification Minted TEAM: You’ve edited your product, the DFA team will review your edits. More edits may be needed.	Changes Required Your ACTION: Your product has some required changes, please see the common edits needed here.
Published/Synchronized Minted TEAM: Your product was accepted and is published on Mirakl, & is under review for Minted.	Not Published/Not Synchronized Your ACTION: Your product has not been accepted by the Minted team and needs further editing.
