Does Minted hold the rights to my submissions? (The Trial Period)

When you submit your work to a Minted Challenge, Minted retains the rights to your submissions for 90 days, during the Trial Period for each challenge. The Trial Period is a period of time during which Minted may continue to consider designs and possibly make additional selections. Customers sometimes respond strongly to designs that weren't originally chosen for a prize, and we may then choose to launch them, so it's a window of extra opportunity.

The Trial Period ends 90 days after the submission deadline for a challenge, and rights are then returned to the artist if we don't choose the design for sale.
