Marketplace Returns:
Personalized items are not returnable; non-personalized items are returnable within 15 days.
Minted pays for return shipping
Minted will pay third-party sellers for return shipments that are lost or arrive damaged / unsellable
Cancelled Orders:
Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of placing an order.
Lost Packages:
Minted will pay third-party sellers for lost packages if they have proof of scan at Fedex.
Minted gives one ‘benefit of the doubt’ for a lost shipment without a scan receipt. After that point, packages without a scan receipt will be considered not shipped and sellers will not receive payment.
Damaged Orders:
Minted will still pay third-party sellers for packages damaged in transit
If 3+ orders arrive damaged to the customer, Minted will be in touch to discuss packaging guidelines.
Replacements & Refunds
Item arrives damaged:
- Minted will pay for a replacement item, if requested by the customer.
Minted will pay for replacement shipping charges
Item arrives with accuracy issues:
- Sellers will not be paid if the customer requests a refund on non-returnable items.
Sellers will be paid for sending a new, corrected item if requested by the customer.
Order is not fulfilled correctly:
- Seller is required to ship the balance of the order and/or the corrected order and pay for shipping.
If the customer no longer needs the balance of the order, seller will not be paid for any missing items.
