Setting up your Payment Account

All payments will be processed through Payoneer. When registering for Payoneer, you will have the option to select from three payment methods. Please see this article for more details on your payment options.

Payoneer is a licensed and regulated global payment platform serving businesses in more than 200 countries and 100 currencies. Payoneer provides comprehensive services that enable Minted to pay artists quickly and effectively. Payoneer also securely stores and manages artists’ tax forms. Minted has used Payoneer for years as our payment service. Artists enjoy many benefits such as increased data protection, more payment method options, direct deposits in local currency, payment options with zero fees, and a 24-hour support team.

Payoneer protects all personal financial information with strong encryption so that this data is not accessible to anyone outside of Payoneer. All-access points to the Payoneer platform are protected by secure firewalls and virus detection systems to ensure maximum security. All artist data will be removed and destroyed from the Minted system upon our transition to this new platform.

Artists can avoid paying transaction fees on payments, including foreign exchange fees. Minted offers the option of direct bank deposits in local currency without additional deposit fees. Only the Prepaid Mastercard® payment option, if selected, may be associated with variable fees not controlled by Minted.
