Once your files are complete, follow the instructions below to submit. Our team will review your files and reach out if we run into any issues.
All stationery files are now submitted via our internal file upload system through your My Projects page. If you are working in Illustrator CC, please save down all files to version CS6 before submitting.
1. ORGANIZE
If you are using the combined templates: name each .ai file with the desired colorway name (i.e. A_ColorwayName). Place all of these .ai files into one single folder named DesignerName_DesignName. If you are using the separate templates: create sub-folders for each colorway that includes each accessory piece as an individual .ai file.
2. COMPRESS
Compress your final folder DesignerName_DesignName into a single .zip folder by right clicking on the folder and selecting “compress”.
3. UPLOAD
Follow the link in your file request email or navigate to your My Projects page and select "Upload" next to the project name. On the upload page, click the "Add Files" button and choose your DesignerName_DesignName.zip file to submit.
Note that each project has its own unique link, so double check that the project name and preview image matches the file you're submitting!
4. SUBMIT
Once your file is selected, click “Submit Design File". You'll see a loading spinner as the file uploads to the page. Depending on the size of your file, this may take a few minutes.
Once the file finishes uploading, you'll see the Files Submitted confirmation page. You may also notice that the button in your My Projects page has changed from "Upload" to "Edit".
Note: Accepting files submitted is a manual process for our team, so it's normal for it to take a few days for the project status to change to "Files Submitted".
NOTE: Please ensure you have named your files correctly to avoid any delays in launching your design.
