All Minted artists are welcome to participate in Minted's Community Slack. Ready to join the conversation? Follow the steps below!
Sign up for a Slack account and download the app.
- Use this link to register for an account on Minted's Community Slack.
Note: please use the email address associated with your Minted artist account, or you may lose access.
Please also use your real name. If you’re uncomfortable using your real name, use the name that you’re known by in the Minted community. - Download the Slack app to stay connected on the go. The app is available for both mobile and desktop (on iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows).
- Set up your profile. To edit, click your profile icon. From there, you can upload a profile photo, edit your name, set up your pronouns, and even add links to your Minted artist profile or social media accounts.
- Adjust your notification settings. From your profile, click Preferences > Notifications. You'll be able to adjust the types of notifications you receive, including the option to mute all notifications.

Channels are Slack's term for dedicated spaces for conversations and are marked with a hashtag symbol (e.g. #announcements). To find channels on Slack, click the three vertical dots and select "Channel Browser" (on desktop) or click the search box and select Channel Browser (on mobile).

If you find a particular channel to be too busy, or extra important, you can also set notifications by channel. To do this, right-click on the channel name (on desktop) or click into the channel and selecting the name at the top to pull up the info menu (on mobile).
