Minted uses one email communication system to manage and distribute both consumer-facing emails and artist-facing emails. Please follow these instructions if you want to ensure that you continue to receive Minted artist community emails regardless of your preferences for receiving consumer-facing emails.
1. Do not accidentally unsubscribe from ‘Artist Community’ in your Minted email preferences.
If you ever update your Minted email preferences—which include subscription options to consumer-facing emails—please follow these instructions to ensure that you don’t accidentally unsubscribe from “Artist Community,” our system’s name for community-facing emails.
Scroll down to the footer of a Minted email and click the “unsubscribe” link. Bear with us: We realize that the word “unsubscribe” is counterintuitive in the case that you want to remain subscribed to Minted emails, but this is how the language is set up in the Minted email system.
Within your email preferences page, you’ll see a list of Minted email topics (Art & Home Decor, Wedding, Baby & Kids, General Style & Paper Goods, and Artist Community). Select the email types you’re interested in receiving and make sure the Artist Community box is checked.
Once you’ve updated your preferences, click the green “UPDATE” button. Be careful not to click the “Unsubscribe” button because this will unsubscribe you from all Minted emails, despite the boxes being checked.
2. Add all Minted emails to your contact list.
Minted Community emails may find their way to your Spam folder. To prevent this from happening, we recommend adding all the Minted email addresses (listed below) as contacts in your email system's preferences. This lets your email provider know that Minted is a safe sender, ensuring you will continue to receive our emails in your inbox.
Minted Emails:
- minted@email.minted.com
- service@minted.com
- artists@minted.com
- designers@minted.com
- designbugs@minted.com
- files@minted.com
3. Moving forward, if you suspect you are not receiving Minted Challenge emails or any other important community-related email announcements, contact artists@minted.com.
In your message, please tell us that you would like to opt back into Minted’s email list.
4. Do not mark any Minted emails as Spam.
If you have indicated any emails from Minted as Spam, it’s possible that our email provider will prevent all future messages—campaign updates, comments on your design, sales emails, etc.—from reaching you.
