Will I receive samples of my winning designs?

Yes! You will receive one sample of each design for most product categories. The sample will automatically be sent to you around the end of the month in which the design launches. We're currently not able to support samples for the following product types: personalized holiday cards (as of 10/9/2025), journals, art prints, party decor, greeting cards, petite cards, calendars, personalized stationery, letterpress products, and foil-pressed products. 

To check to see if you will receive a sample of any given product type, simply go to the product details page for one of those products (for example, to check if you will receive a sample for your birth announcement, click into a birth announcement product page like this one). Next to the "Personalize" button, check whether there's an option to "Get a Free Sample". If so, we can print samples for that product, and you will receive one automatically. Please note that there are exceptions to this.  If not, then unfortunately, we aren't able to support samples for that product at this time.
