We understand that you may take breaks or vacation. Keep in mind that customers are still expecting existing orders to ship within 10 business days, so please make the appropriate arrangements to fulfill orders for the customers who are excited to receive your work.
If you are vacationing for an extended amount of time, let us know by emailing dfamerchandising@minted.com the time period you will be gone. You will need to go mark your store as in vacation mode by:
- Go to My Account > Settings
- On the My Account tab, look in the Seller block
- Look for the Closed section, below your shop name
- In the Closed section enter the dates between which your store is closed. If you do not know the end date, do not enter one.
All of your products will show up as “Sold” on Minted.com, so customers will remain excited for your return!
