Minted will provide you with a prepaid shipping label per product when we notify you of a customer order. You only need to print out the label and affix it to the package. Note: We currently require you to use our shipping label through Fedex. If you are an international seller, your email will also include a link to download a commercial invoice.
Shipping labels are:
- Typically created within a few minutes of the order creation
- Sent as a PDF to your Minted/Mirakl account email address
- Can by found on your Mirakl Dashboard under “Orders” → “My Orders”
- If you go to the order page in Mirakl, please do not click on the “Proceed to Shipment” button - this will falsely alert your customer that the product has shipped.
