How do I view my report if I don't have Excel?
If you do not have Excel on your computer, you can open the Excel report with Google Sheets or view and print the report via Dropbox.

- Download your report file
- Open a blank Google spreadsheet
- Click ‘File’
- Click ‘Import’
- Click ‘Upload’
- Select your report
Why is there no data showing in my report?
After opening the Excel report, it may take a few minutes for the “Report” tab report to fully load. This can take up to 5 or 10 minutes if you have a large number of orders in your report. If the summary data does not load, please go to the 'Formulas' section in the Excel workbook, select ‘Calculation Options’, and make sure it’s set to ‘Automatic’.
What is the difference between the 'Report' and 'Data' tabs in my Excel report?
The first tab ('Report') of your Excel report includes a summary of your total commission payment amount and breakdown of commissions by Category and Product Type. The second tab ('Data') includes order details such as ‘Commissionable Net Sales after Adjustments & Discounts’, 'Dimension', 'Quantity', ‘Source’, etc. Please note that per our confidentiality agreement with retailers, we do not include quantity for wholesale.
Why can't I edit my Excel report?
The ‘Data’ tab of your report is protected. You will not be able to edit data in this tab directly, but you can copy and paste this data into a new sheet.
